Custom Fabrication done right
We fabricate from whatever definition the project has: engineering drawings, a dimensioned sketch, or the worn part you need duplicated. Material, joint design, and finish get settled before cutting, and repeat parts are fixtured so every unit matches the first.
Parts fit the application they were built for. Custom hardware installs without on-site modification, and production runs stay consistent from the first unit to the last.
Common projects
Ranch and property hardware
Cattle guards, gates, corral components, and custom hardware for ranch properties. Fabricated in batch runs in our shop, then delivered or installed on site with footings and wings where the crossing requires them.
Custom connection hardware
One-off brackets and weldments for timber frame, log, and unconventional structures, fabricated to the engineered load and the actual framing geometry. A recent Copper Basin cabin used dozens of one-off brackets that installed without on-site modification.
Commercial equipment and installations
Fabrication and installation support for commercial spaces, including brewery and processing equipment: stands, platforms, supports, and stainless connections.
Duplicating and improving existing parts
Broken or obsolete parts duplicated from a sample, with material or design upgrades where the original failed. Useful when the manufacturer is gone or the lead time does not work.
