Equipment Repair done right
We repair on site when the equipment cannot move and in the shop when it can. Cracks get ground out, prepped, and welded to match the base metal. Wear surfaces get hardsurfaced. Damaged sections get cut out and replaced rather than patched over.
The repair holds under the loads that broke the original. Where a design weakness caused the failure, we reinforce it so the same crack does not come back.
